Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead complex projects, manage diverse teams, and drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement project strategies for budget, resourcing, and programming, as well as coordinate with design teams to ensure project alignment with design intent and budgets.

The ideal candidate will possess 8-12 years of experience in civil landscaping construction and demonstrate expertise in project planning and programming.

  • Develop and implement project plans that align with company objectives
  • Lead safety initiatives and execute Project WHS Plans
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure project alignment with design intent and budgets
  • Manage construction processes, including quality control and subcontractor oversight
  • Drive cost control measures and report on project budgets
  • Mentor team members and manage performance

The role requires a strong understanding of Australian Standards, Codes, and practices, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Jobpac, and Procore.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with superior leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, and the ability to drive commercial acumen and sound decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing project plans, leading safety initiatives, coordinating with design teams, managing construction processes, driving cost control measures, and mentoring team members.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a tertiary qualification in Building and Construction (preferred), 8-12 years of experience in civil landscaping construction, and expertise in project planning and programming.
