Civil and Landscape Project Estimator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil and Landscape Project Estimator to join our team. As an expert in estimating costs for large-scale construction projects, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our business.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing contract documents, developing lump sum pricing, and managing multiple tenders. You will also be involved in risk management, safe construction techniques, and evaluating subcontractor and supplier pricing.

In this role, you will work closely with our construction and commercial teams to identify and prepare variations and extensions of time. Your ability to interpret drawings, develop effective working relationships, and meet deadlines will be essential to your success.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary Education or Landscape Trade Certificate
  • Proven track record with more than 5 years' experience in Australia
  • Experience working on projects for private and public sector clients
  • Ability to interpret drawings and develop MS Excel spreadsheets
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
Requirements

Candidates must have extensive experience tendering on civil landscape projects in Australia. The ideal candidate will be currently living in Australia and have Australian experience.
