We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Vacation Club Guest Service Specialist.

About the Role

This is an ongoing position that requires a proactive and positive attitude to ensure efficient and courteous service to all Owners and Guests. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for completing daily tasks, including greeting guests, check-in and check-out procedures, answering inquiries, luggage handling, cash management, and sales support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm welcome to all Owners and Guests.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Answer telephone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with sales and bookings, providing recommendations and promoting our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records, handle cash transactions, and perform balancing procedures.
  • Support front desk operations, including portage of luggage and other tasks as required.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including:
