As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resorts, providing unparalleled guest service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

As a Vacation Ownership Generalist, you will be responsible for completing daily Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance functions. Your primary focus will be on assisting our maintenance department, where your skills in plumbing, carpentry, painting, gardening, and general maintenance will be highly valued.

This is a busy hands-on role that requires a motivated individual with great time management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Where required to support business demands, you may also be needed to provide assistance to other departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of rooms/grounds
  • Inspection & reporting of faults
  • Reporting all maintenance issues as required
  • Assisting guests when required
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Perform all duties of the front desk, including greeting owners and guests, check-in and out, answering telephone and email inquiries, portage of luggage, cash handling and balancing procedures, tour & travel inquiries/bookings, reservations and night audit procedures
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of the operation of all administration equipment, such as email, basic word & excel documentation, and credit card settlement machines
  • Housekeeping functions such as cleaning & maintaining guest accommodation
  • Food & Beverage functions such as preparing and serving food & beverages
  • Maintenance functions such as maintaining guest accommodation and common areas
Compensation and Benefits:

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a hotel maintenance environment would be preferable
  • Genuine passion for customer service
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, evenings, and school holiday periods
  • Current driver's license (preferable)
