Earn an estimated $65,000 - $85,000 per year as a Vacation Experience Ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

About the Role

This full-time position is based at our Dinner Plain resort, where you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting and registering of owners and guests with a warm smile and a personalized touch.
  • Providing expert advice on local area attractions and activities that will leave our guests in awe.
  • Ensuring all department-related paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Using state-of-the-art communication equipment to provide seamless support to our guests.
  • Meet guests face to face and generate sales appointments for our sales team.
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our Wyndham Destinations community.
  • Meet targets and KPIs set by the business.
  • This role requires availability for weekend and public holiday shifts.
What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel or hospitality position.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong interpersonal approach.
  • An enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy.
  • Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera etc) advantageous.
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
  • Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.
