Installation and Commissioning Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Installation and Commissioning Specialist to join our Delivery and Implementation team.
This role will be responsible for installing, configuring, and commissioning products in airport environments across the US and neighboring territories.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience delivering hardware installations within airport environments and be familiar with SaaS deployments in operational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the successful implementation including on-site hyper care immediately after go-live to meet customer expectations.
- Deliver onsite product training to IT employees, covering operations, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance best practices.
- Regular and transparent reporting on the progress of implementations and deployments to the project team.
- Follow change management processes and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
A self-starter approach with the ability to take ownership of installations end-to-end will be essential.
