**Job Title:** Implementation Engineer

**About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Delivery and Implementation team as an Implementation Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and commissioning AeroCloud products in airport environments across the US and neighboring territories.

The role is focused on delivering projects to scope, budget, and timeline, representing AeroCloud as the technical lead on site. As an Implementation Engineer, you will work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution.

**Responsibilities
  • Manage the successful implementation of AeroCloud products, including on-site hyper care immediately after go-live.
  • Deliver onsite product training to airport IT employees, covering operations, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance best practices.
  • Regularly report progress of implementations and deployments to the project team.
  • Follow change management processes and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Assist in updating and maintaining knowledge base by creating or updating documentation, guides, and lessons learned after projects.
**Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have at least 2 years' experience delivering hardware installations within airport environments. Familiarity with SaaS deployments in operational environments is also essential.

  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability.
  • Experience working in live operational environments under time pressure.
  • Self-starting approach with the ability to take ownership of installations end to end.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows-based machines, Active Directory, and Windows Server components.
  • Networking experience, including installation and configuration of network switches, firewall configuration, switch configuration - VLANs, IP Routing, and diagnostics of end user devices.
  • Cloud infrastructure experience with Azure and AWS is advantageous.
