Dedicated Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring 100% on-time delivery to customers, capturing order delay-related issues, and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by following up on the delivery process and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Capture and report order delays to internal teams to ensure prompt resolution and improved customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and surveys.
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also work closely with internal cross-functions to support demand fluctuations and coordinate shipments with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) with Chinese language skills an asset.
- Strong ownership and self-motivation with initiative.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in automotive or related industries an advantage.
