Client Enquiry Consultant

Our team is seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Client Enquiry Consultant. As an individual with exceptional customer service or sales skills, you will have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding results in this field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up all inbound leads to ensure timely resolution.
  • Qualify leads for appropriate model of care by conducting thorough assessments.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Update and maintain CRM records with all lead information.
  • Engage with consumers, family members, and/or representatives with empathy and understanding, providing them with the necessary support.
  • Inform consumers of the best available support through their level of Home Care Package.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in sales or customer service.
  • Knowledge of community aged care is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, would be advantageous.
  • The ability to work in Australia without restrictions.
  • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
