Customer Success Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the Customer Success Manager position, responsible for delivering exceptional post-sales experiences that drive long-term customer satisfaction and product adoption.

The successful candidate will be accountable for providing timely and accurate responses, uncovering opportunities to execute upsell strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include managing a high volume of accounts, resolving conflicts, and communicating complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal English skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders from educators to executives.

This role requires close collaboration with the Account Management Team Lead to provide an outstanding post-sales experience. Regular customer contact, activity KPIs, and SLAs will be maintained, ensuring seamless communication between management and customers.
