Role Overview

Reporting directly to the General Manager, Customer Relationship Excellence, you will build and lead a high-performing team focused on driving customer growth, retention, and market share in the small to medium-sized customer segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead a dispersed sales team (telephone based), recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing specialists.
  • Drive customer growth, retention, and market share in the small to medium-sized customer segment.
  • Educate and ensure disciplined adherence to sales processes and guidelines.
  • Collaborate across internal functions, including account managers, operations, IT, finance, and people & culture teams.
  • Monitor team performance, establish key performance indicators, and report on outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Foster a customer-centric, collaborative, and ethical team culture aligned with organisational values.
