Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team in Airlie Beach QLD. As a key member of the kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, as well as planning menus and estimating costs.

About the Role
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant role and possess strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation, discussing food preparation issues with managers and front-of-house staff, and enforcing hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking food and ordering supplies
- Planning menus and estimating food and labour costs
- Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
- Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff
- Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
- Training of staff

Benefits
