We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to set up Flinders Street Wharves' & The Docks in Townsville, QLD.
As the new Executive Chef, you will be responsible for kitchen setup, purchasing equipment, supplier contracts, leading and managing our kitchen operations, creating exceptional dining experiences, and ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence.
