About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Care Centre Co-ordinator to join our team at InvoCare. As a key member of our customer care centre, you will play a vital role in supporting families during a difficult time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to families, ensuring a positive experience throughout the funeral planning process.
  • Organise transportation of loved ones into our care, ensuring a seamless and respectful experience.
  • Deliver a strong customer experience, addressing enquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with enquiry follow-up and assorted calls relating to our funeral home brands and cemetery and crematoria memorial parks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to empathise with families during a difficult time.
  • Experience working in a contact centre environment or in a care industry.
  • High level of resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work across multiple locations, including North Sydney and Granville.
