Customer Service Coordinator

InvoCare is a leading provider of funeral services in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. We operate over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries, and 29 crematoria, serving families during their most difficult times.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Care Centre Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to client families, providing support and guidance throughout the funeral planning process.
Key Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for families in the initial steps for arranging a funeral
- Organise transportation of a loved one into our care
- Deliver a strong customer experience
- Assist with enquiry follow-up and assorted calls relating to our funeral home brands and cemetery and crematoria memorial parks
