This job is for a Technical Lead who will oversee the development, architecture and operation of digital systems to meet strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a key system, leading software development and ensuring the work undertaken aligns with departmental priorities.

The role involves advising on robust software development, data architecture management and efficient digital system operations. Enhancements to operation efficiencies through reduced downtime and streamlined software development processes are also expected.

Additionally, the Technical Lead will enable accurate reporting and informed decision making through robust information processes, proactively manage systems to reduce technical debt and address emerging challenges.

The role requires a demonstrated technical lead experience, experience in managing a productive team and working within the digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:
