Celotti Workforce is seeking a highly skilled Civil Construction Supervisor to lead a team on a major highway upgrade project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing site activities and ensuring the successful completion of the project.

About the Role:

  • Assist the Site Supervisor in coordinating day-to-day operations.
  • Lead and motivate a team of skilled workers on-site.
  • Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a similar role within the civil construction or roadworks sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Good understanding of road construction processes and safety practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
  • Certificate III in Civil Construction or Certificate IV in Civil Supervision desirable.
  • White Card and other relevant tickets (e.g., traffic management) are a must.
  • TMR and traffic management experience is advantageous.
