About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor to join our team at Shadforth Civil Contractors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team and subcontractors to achieve desired outcomes, ensuring a high standard of quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team and subcontractors to achieve project goals
  • Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications
  • Develop and maintain positive team culture
  • Deliver projects to agreed outcomes
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Leading Hand or similar role
  • Experience in subdivisions with coverage of bulk earthworks, pipe infrastructure, civils, and roadworks
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Construction Industry Card (White/Blue)
  • Current Driver Licence
  • Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
  • Strong commitment to Quality and Safety standards
