A key member of the management team responsible for designing, leading and delivering a comprehensive strategy for the Ground Service Equipment (GSE) fleet across a region.

The primary objective is to drive business growth while delivering shareholder commitments through sustainable business practices.

Key responsibilities include conducting a thorough review of all GSE assets, leasing contracts, maintenance programs, purchasing processes and management systems.

This involves making strategic recommendations for the framework, governance, controls, systems and processes that will enable a standardized and controlled GSE ownership and management program.

Accountability includes ensuring compliant training, coaching, and accountability for all business unit GSE managers and team members.

The goal is to optimize the regional fleet as the market leader while ensuring all operations align with long-term goals and vision.

Strong leadership skills are required to deliver results during irregular operations or business disruptions.

Main objectives:
