Operational Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned operational leader to play a key role in leading and developing Campus Directors across a portfolio of up to 11 campuses in Sydney.

  • Lead, coach and develop Campus Directors to achieve operational performance and commercial outcomes.
  • Oversee operational performance, including occupancy, family experience, safety, and compliance.
  • Deliver commercial outcomes by optimising revenue, managing costs, and achieving EBITDA targets.
  • Act as a conduit between campus teams and central support functions.
  • Collaborate with a team of Regional Operations Leaders to share insights and drive strategic goals.
About You

You'll be an experienced operational leader with a track record of success in multi-site or area management, ideally in early childhood education or a related people-centred sector.

  • Proven experience leading large teams and driving performance across multiple sites.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand and influence P&L performance.
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and early learning compliance standards.
  • Ability to coach, mentor and uplift leaders, tailoring your approach to different individuals and contexts.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with a collaborative and supportive style.
