Regional Operations Director

The Regional Operations Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our Campus Directors across multiple locations. This position oversees operational performance, encompassing occupancy, family experience, safety, and compliance.
Main responsibilities include achieving commercial objectives by optimizing revenue, managing costs, and meeting EBITDA targets. The Regional Operations Lead acts as a conduit between campus teams and central support functions, ensuring seamless implementation of strategy, projects, and initiatives.
In addition, the role collaborates with a team of Regional Operations Leads across the Eastern Seaboard, sharing insights and driving strategic goals together. The Regional Operations Lead supports and embeds our organizational values, ensuring high-quality care and education for children, and a positive, engaging culture for staff.
Requirements include an experienced operational leader with a track record of success in multi-site or area management, ideally in early childhood education or a related people-centred sector.
Main qualifications include proven experience leading large teams and driving performance across multiple sites, strong commercial acumen, and knowledge of the National Quality Framework and early learning compliance standards.
