Seeking an experienced EAM Rooms professional to lead our Rooms Division team in a 5-star hotel environment.

About the Role:

JRM Hospitality is a reputable hotel group seeking a skilled EAM Rooms leader to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury hotel operations, with a strong focus on leadership, teamwork, and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office, housekeeping, and guest services teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Optimise operational processes to enhance productivity and maintain top-tier standards.
  • Lead by example, inspiring and motivating a large, diverse team to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyse and improve KPIs to achieve financial goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistency and quality across the Rooms Division.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury hotel operations, preferably in Rooms Division management.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage a large team.
  • Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of a luxury environment.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not essential for candidates with exceptional experience.
