Early Childhood Educator Leader for Sydney Campuses

We are a leading provider of early years education and care, operating over 80 campuses across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Our child-led play-based learning approach is embedded into our daily practice with programs such as Active, Drama, Language, Music & Sustainability.
The objective of this role is to provide high-quality education, development and care to the children in our campuses while providing an exceptional customer experience and partnership experience with our families.
Key responsibilities include ensuring child safety and welfare, delivering and maintaining routines and programs specific to the room, implementing the Grow curriculum within the Campus, and documenting the children's learning through the OAC Connect app.
This is a full-time role opportunity for a Diploma qualified Room Leader with at least two years of full-time work experience in an Early Childhood setting. We offer an estimated salary of $68,500 - $75,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
Our Campuses have been designed to inspire 0–6-year-olds to grow, learn and discover. The playgrounds and resources are designed to facilitate the latest and most interactive designs to ensure a fun and entertaining time for the children in our care.
