Key Business Support Position

The successful candidate will provide business support to account managers, developing new revenue streams and managing existing client relationships. They will oversee the journey from client inquiry to settlement, initiate operational tasks related to client accounts, and conduct risk analysis in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide business support to account managers to develop new revenue streams and manage existing client relationships.
- Act as a formal point of contact for clients and their advisors.
- Oversee the journey from client inquiry to settlement.
- Initiate all associated operational tasks related to client accounts.
- Conduct comprehensive risk analysis in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) and Know Your Client (KYC) requirements.
- Perform day-to-day operational tasks related to client accounts.
- Engage in preparation of loan applications.
- Interpret and execute operational tasks related to client accounts.
- Monitor client accounts in excess and take appropriate commercial action.
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
We are looking for:
- A strong interest in food and agribusiness, preferably with previous experience in a similar role.
- A client-focused individual with a positive attitude.
- Effective team collaboration skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous banking experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Suitable for recent graduates with finance or agriculture background eager to learn and develop.
- Must hold valid work rights.
