Job Title: Business Intelligence Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to support our Account Managers in developing new business, managing existing client relationships, and helping clients achieve their objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in food and agribusiness, with a strong understanding of agriculture and finance. They will be able to build strong connections with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, and work effectively through team collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing loan applications and ensuring timely execution
- Interpreting and executing branch management tasks from a commercial and risk perspective
- Monitoring loan arrears and accounts in excess, taking appropriate action to minimize risk
- Fostering strong working relationships with all key stakeholders
What we're looking for in a candidate:
- A passion for food and agribusiness, with previous experience in a similar role
- Strong focus on client satisfaction and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively through team collaboration and communication
- Articulate communication skills, both verbal and written
- Analytical skills, with sound knowledge of agribusiness financial principles
