Job Summary
As a key member of our organization, the Business Partner People and Culture will play a vital role in supporting leaders to address workforce needs, implement practices, and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience in HR Business Partnering/Advising roles in the Mining Industry, with tertiary qualifications in HR or IR/ER. They should have exposure to and understanding of enterprise agreements and their application, as well as strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and the National Employment Standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting leaders in addressing workforce needs and implementing practices that promote an inclusive workplace culture.
- Providing expert guidance on policy interpretation, processes, and best practices while coaching frontline leaders.
- Collaborating with the P&C team to support business plans, goals, and targets.
- Partnering with leaders to implement strategies that drive business success.
- Developing tailored initiatives that align with industry trends and strategic goals.
- Providing strategic advice on performance management processes.
- Navigating Industrial Relations matters.
- Contributing insights and analysis to the P&C monthly report and assisting in preparing the P&C budget.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $113,500 - $137,000 AUD, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
