Key Responsibilities:

\Entities with a demonstrated ability to lead through positive actions, engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, while having strong Underground mining experience with practical understanding of underground drainage, power, air, water, ventilation and backfill techniques are encouraged to apply for this role. \.Minimum of 2 years underground metalliferous mining experience and technical experience in mine scheduling and planning is well regarded. \.Practical underground experience will be highly valued. \.Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering (Essential). \.Queensland Explosives Security Clearance (QESC) (Essential). \.Manual Drivers license.In-depth knowledge and understanding of Deswik solutions, Deswik Ops is beneficial. \.Mine Operating Plans, Designs, Schedules and Budgets: Completion of appropriate, accurate and timely mine operating plans, designs, schedules and budgets for Dugald River Mine ensuring the requirements of the business are met. \.Communication with Key Stakeholders: Communication with key stakeholders, including management, employees and contractors. \.QAQC: Ensuring work is delivered in alignment with plan. \.Support Projects: Provide support for business improvement initiatives. \.Consistently Demonstrate Behaviours that Align with MMG Values and Code of Conduct:
