About Us

We are seeking a skilled Coordinator to join our team in delivering high-quality road maintenance services. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the planning, programming, and delivery of roads and drainage asset maintenance services to ensure the city's roads are safe and well maintained.

  • Coordinate allocated programs of work, including allocation of resources, budget monitoring, and monthly reporting
  • Undertake mandatory inspections and initial investigation of defects, determine priority of defects, plan, and program repairs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to deliver timely and effective maintenance solutions
  • Produce documentation including job records, work instructions, and incident and performance reports
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Civil Construction (Supervision) or equivalent qualification in civil maintenance or related fields
  • Current Queensland C class driver's licence
  • Experience in road maintenance operations and contract management
  • Substantial experience in a related role and the ability to lead effectively
