The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand and Marketing Leader to lead the strategic development and implementation of our brand strategy and centralised marketing service model across RAC WA. This critical role is instrumental in strengthening our brand, improving marketing effectiveness, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand and marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and member value.
  • Brand Governance: Establish and manage brand governance frameworks to ensure the protection and consistent delivery of our brand's identity and promise.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, business unit leaders, and external partners to drive collaboration and innovation.
  • Planning & Execution: Oversee the annual marketing planning process, deliver integrated campaigns, and manage our brand's competitive positioning through insights and strategic initiatives.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of brand and marketing activities, optimise media spend, and ensure the financial sustainability of key initiatives.
  • Innovation & Collaboration: Enhance the effectiveness of marketing operations, foster cross-functional collaboration, and develop new capabilities to drive business growth.

About You

  • Extensive experience in a brand or marketing leadership role within a large, multi-product, customer-focused organisation.
  • Proven experience in brand management, product marketing, and managing significant marketing budgets with ROI accountability.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute both short and long-term strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce (Business) and Marketing are mandatory.
  • Post-graduate qualifications and professional education in related fields are desirable.
