As a key account manager in the food industry, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to grow and manage key accounts across Australia, ensuring that our products meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and suppliers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing customers and provide expert advice on product selection and commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth supply chain management.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management within the food industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop customer relationships.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strengths in problem-solving and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field (desired).
