As the successful candidate, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to achieve overall success. You will be responsible for leading by example and driving a customer-centric culture, harmonizing with the business to hit financial sales targets and contribute to a positive store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer engagement and loyalty through meaningful store experiences
  • Conduct employee development, ensuring team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to create an inviting atmosphere that captures attention
  • Oversee store rostering and wage expenses while maintaining a commercial acumen focus
  • Manage stock levels and ensure efficient inventory control
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and communicating findings to senior management
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit dedicated retail professionals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager
  • A passion for the retail industry is essential
  • Ability to manage budgets and interpret financial reports
  • Operational excellence, experienced across stock control and visual merchandising
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
