Deputy Principal Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our school community as a Deputy Principal.

About the Role:

The Deputy Principal will play a vital role in supporting the Principal to develop and implement a shared educational vision that prioritizes quality learning outcomes for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Principal in leading the school's strategic planning and implementation of curriculum programs.
  • Provide leadership and support to teachers and staff to enhance teaching quality and student outcomes.
  • Uphold the values of social justice and equity in daily school life.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider community.
  • Maintain high standards for student and staff performance.
