Nursing Leadership Coordinator

This position involves coordinating clinical practice within the perinatal mental health sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert nursing leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate evidence-based clinical practice specific to perinatal mental health
- Provide strategic nursing leadership, advice, and advocacy to a multidisciplinary team
- Ensure quality and cost-effective nursing services are delivered consistently with contemporary standards and best practices
Requirements include:
- Proven expertise in contemporary nursing practice within perinatal mental health
- Ability to participate directly or indirectly in the delivery of clinical care to individuals/groups within perinatal mental health
- Capacity to foster an environment that encourages life-long learning, mentoring, and support for colleagues
A dedicated and experienced Clinical Perinatal Health Specialist is required to make a positive impact on patients' lives. This role demands a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting excellence in clinical practice.
