Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented WHS Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the delivery of proactive Health and Safety through coordination of Health and Safety Representatives; WHS communications, and delivery of WHS training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of WHS systems, information and data by administering in an up-to-date, accurate and complete manner.
  • Coordination of Health and Safety Committee/Representatives in designated services/locations, including scheduled meetings and assisting the WHS Manager with assessing the effectiveness of Committees and HSRs.
  • Assist sites with resolving WHS issues and communicating WHS issues to Health & Safety Committees/Representatives and conducting WHS incident investigations as required by the WHS Manager.
  • Assist sites with identifying hazards and to assess risks posed by hazards.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or a Certificate IV in Workplace Safety or equivalent.
  • Experience with coordination of Health and Safety Management Systems, including coordination of WHS consultation, WHS communications, delivery of training, etc.
  • A valid NSW Driver's License.
