**Proactive Health is looking for Certificate 3 or 4 Qualified - Allied Health Assistant**

Our day-to-day is spent in physical rehabilitation and chronic disease management in both clinical and gym-based settings. We deliver a wide range of clinical practice from individual rehabilitation sessions, Work Cover cases, chronic disease management, rehabilitating defence force veterans, and strength and conditioning for everyday healthy people

Our Exercise Physiologist's design and create customised fitness programs in conjunction with our nutritionists and other registered health professionals to help guide you to help deliver the best outcome for our patients. As an Allied Health Assistant, you will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing health, fitness and exercise assistance as directed by the Exercise Physiologists.

Educational Requirements
- Certificate 3 or 4 in Allied Health Assistant or similar (or willing or obtain)
- CPR & Current First Aid (or willing to obtain)
- Graduating students encouraged to apply

Accreditations and Certifications
- Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Blue Card (current or willing to obtain)
- First Aid (current or willing to obtain)
