Job DescriptionA passionate leader with experience in leading health and safety or risk management functions is required.
This role will be part of a leadership team driving initiatives that promote a culture of safety and wellness throughout the organisation.
The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager will:
- Partner with leaders to advise on safe workplace obligations and frameworks
- Implement proactive initiatives to support a safety culture and drive organisational maturity
- Develop frameworks to support health, safety and wellbeing compliance obligations
- Lead a team providing specialist knowledge and advice on work health and safety, wellbeing, workplace rehabilitation, workers compensation and return to work
- Model safe work and wellbeing practices and be regarded as a trusted leader
