Job Role Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to secure a position as an Export Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting purchase and sales contracts, researching industry statistics, assisting with finance reconciliations, and supporting the operations team in export documentation preparation.
About This Role:
- Drafting Purchase & Sales Contracts
- Researching / Compiling / Presenting industry statistics
- Assisting Finance department in collating & filing monthly accounts
- Assisting Finance department in monthly reconciliations
- Assisting Operations department in preparation and processing export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and other required paperwork
Key Responsibilities:
The role requires strong organizational and time management skills to fulfill multiple tasks and deadlines. A meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in documentation and procedures is also essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
