Export Logistics Coordinator

This role involves overseeing the export logistics workflow from customer service to shipment departure. Key responsibilities include collaborating with a team of export specialists, building and maintaining relationships with clients and service providers, troubleshooting and resolving export-related issues, and accurately entering data into a transportation management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a team of export specialists to deliver accurate, high-quality service to our clients.
  • Manage the full export logistics workflow from customer service to shipment departure aligned with company directives, client instructions, and compliance standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, and overseas colleagues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve export-related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
About You/Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in export logistics (air & sea).
  • Proficiency in a transportation management system and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and resolve challenges.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
