Join Our Team as a Luxury Concierge Associate

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic individual to join our team as a Luxury Concierge Associate at InterContinental Hotel Brisbane. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Kicking off memorable guest experiences with a warm welcome and personalized attention
  • Providing guests with luggage assistance, transportation services, and other needs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Anticipating and meeting guests' requests to exceed their expectations
  • Completing ad-hoc duties to support the front office team and ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in luxury hotel environments with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • A valid open driver's license (ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles) for transporting guests
  • Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor to represent the hotel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues
  • Able to lift heavy luggage and stand/walk for long periods without fatigue
  • A proactive attitude and ability to remain composed under pressure
