**Job Description**:

- Lead and mentor a team of dedicated Concierge staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional guest service.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Concierge desk, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of services, including guest check-in/check-out, luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and more.
- Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to guests, reflecting an in-depth knowledge of local attractions, dining options, entertainment venues, and cultural experiences.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a synchronized guest experience, from pre-arrival to departure.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, manage guest requests promptly, and address any concerns with the utmost care and attention.
- Develop and implement training programs for Concierge staff to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and service excellence.
- Assist in managing guest feedback and reviews, utilizing insights to continually enhance the guest experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel or hospitality establishment is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and a dedication to going above and beyond.
- Proficiency in local and regional attractions, services, and resources.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Full and open manual driving licence.
