Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to help us grow our customer base and revenue.

The successful candidate will be responsible for qualifying leads from marketing campaigns, presenting our company and solutions to potential clients, arranging meetings or calls between prospective clients and account executives, reporting on sales results to the Business Development Manager, generating leads from various sources, driving leads through the marketing funnel and nurturing them until they are ready to buy, collaborating with the Marketing Team to align sales and marketing strategies and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Presentation of company and solutions to potential clients
  • Arrange meetings or calls between prospective clients and account executives
  • Report on sales results to the Business Development Manager
  • Generate leads from various sources such as online directories, social media, events, etc.
  • Drive leads through the marketing funnel and nurture them until they are ready to buy
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to align sales and marketing strategies and goals
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a BDR, Sales Representative, or similar role with an accumulative of 5 years or more in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing roles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
  • Knowledge of lead generation techniques and best practices
  • Basic knowledge of the IT industry
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and familiarity with our key partners' product and solution offerings is a plus
