About the Role

The Medication Safety Standard Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting process development for safe medication practices across the organization. This includes working with clinicians to develop policies, procedures, and guidelines that promote safe medication use.

This role requires a high level of expertise in medication safety and a strong understanding of healthcare systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing processes to improve medication safety

  • Providing education and training on medication safety
  • Monitoring and reporting on medication safety incidents
