Cafe Leadership Position

This is a management opportunity for a Cafe Manager at a retail café. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing food and beverage standards, promotions, and compliance with guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of daily operations to ensure consistent service and product quality.
  • Management of food and beverage standards, promotions, and adherence to guidelines.
  • Development of customer service excellence and strong landlord relationships.
  • Team performance oversight, rostering, and training to meet operational needs.
  • Financial performance monitoring and implementation of strategies to meet revenue targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hospitality or retail management, preferably within a franchise environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with budget management and KPIs experience.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Solid knowledge of food safety, OH&S, and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in rostering, inventory control, and POS systems.
