Are you a leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and managing high-performing teams? We are seeking an experienced Cafe Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our busy CBD cafe.

The Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, managing staff, maintaining food and beverage standards, and driving sales growth. If you have a proven track record in similar roles, possess excellent communication skills, and can lead by example, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a small, high-performing team
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Maintain high-quality food and beverage standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
