About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven leader to oversee the daily operations of our retail arm. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, while collaborating closely with optometrists to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the retail arm.
  2. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:
