**What you’ll do**
- Lead and manage your team (up to 25 team members) to success across safety, operational, people, customer and financial performance.
- Engage and develop your people using proven leadership strategies.
- Lead with a positive and inclusive outlook, strengthening the culture of the team
- Continually educate and empower your people to work to the highest safety standards
- Drive a culture of Continuous ImprovementManage the day-to-day operations, adapting to the ever-changing environment

**What you’ll bring**
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and nurturing teams to deliver results
- Exceptional planning and problem-solving skills, prioritising and managing multiple tasks effortlessly
- In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Operations, Distribution Centre Operations, and warehouse management systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to reach a range of a
- Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the business, embracing change with open arms.Demonstrated resilience in meeting challenging targets and timeframes, and role modelling determination.
