Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Office Administrator to coordinate the day-to-day functions of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department or office.
- Greet clients and carers, and engage with them in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate with clients and their families regarding our services, and assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Liaise with office staff across multiple locations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and emailing documents.
- Assist with finance, rostering, purchasing, and records management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the care sector.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Experience with standard computer programs and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Basic understanding of the Aged Care, Disability, and/or Health systems.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a related industry.
