We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Office Administrator to coordinate the day-to-day functions of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department or office.
  • Greet clients and carers, and engage with them in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communicate with clients and their families regarding our services, and assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Liaise with office staff across multiple locations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and emailing documents.
  • Assist with finance, rostering, purchasing, and records management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the care sector.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Experience with standard computer programs and the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Basic understanding of the Aged Care, Disability, and/or Health systems.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a related industry.
