Job Description:

As a trusted advisor, you will deliver premium engagement services to customers in Australia, establishing long-term partnerships that drive value and outcomes. Key responsibilities include understanding customer businesses, owning SAP Premium Engagement services contracts, driving resolution of top risks and issues, and owning customer satisfaction and referenceability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer businesses, organizations, strategies, and IT roadmaps to establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Owning SAP Premium Engagement services contracts and their successful renewal, setting up engagements and governance, developing service plans, and managing contract financials and renewal activities.
  • Drive resolution of top risks and issues, engaging stakeholders and experts as necessary.
  • Owning customer satisfaction and referenceability, aligning surveys, acting on feedback, and creating reference assets.
  • Contribute to overall account strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and working collaboratively across teams.
  • Prepare and present value realization and operational status reports to customers and perform internal reporting and governance activities.

  • Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Science, Business, Commerce, Engineering, or similar.
