Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Branch Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects and ensuring financial success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage expenses to meet profitability targets and monitor work-in-progress.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through regular Net Promoter Score monitoring and Lens of the Customer programs implementation.
  • Drive process improvements within the branch by closely monitoring Repair Event Cycle Time.
  • Develop and nurture business relationships with customers and establish new partnerships.
  • E nsure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Manage facilities maintenance, leases, and recommend changes as necessary.
  • Foster a culture of excellent customer service in the branch by recruiting, developing, motivating, and retaining high-quality customer service staff.
