Lead Operations Manager

Oxworks is a leading manufacturer and distributor of quality fencing products with over 300 staff across 19 locations nationally. Operating for over two decades, we continue to be a market leader in the industry.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Epping Branch. More importantly, we are seeking individuals who embody a fantastic attitude and a desire to grow professionally in a company that values hard work and rewards results. You will build a loyal customer base by delivering outstanding customer service and foster multiple channels to market by actively promoting our large range of quality products.

\

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm

\Key Responsibilities\
  • \
  • Ensure financial profitability of the Branch including sales, gross profit, wages, controllable expenses & profit\
  • Ensure stock is treated with the highest levels of respect reducing damage in yard, lost products, job remakes and the like whilst ensuring availability of Class A products remains top of mind for all employees\
  • Provide strong leadership and management to all Branch employees (sales and warehouse) supporting recruitment, succession planning, performance management, coaching, training and personal development requirements\
  • Manage quality customer service which fosters repeat and growth business, training staff as required to meet and exceed expectations\
  • Develop close working relationships with key customers & industry contacts to grow Branch sales and advance the Oxworks brand\
  • Implement and execute business directives that support the business strategy\
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements in day-to-day operation in key areas of Safety and the Award\
  • Ensure Branch operations are compliant with Company policies and procedures at all times\
  • Represent Company Directors as senior representative of the Company\
